Participants will need to work together using the cups to carry the water from the bucket to the pipe, fill it and float the table tennis ball to the top. The pipe has holes drilled in it, so they will have to plug the holes as the water gets higher.
To complete the challenge, each team will receive a bucket of water (which is placed 10 metres away from the pipe) and several cups. They must work together to fill the pipe with water and collect the ball from the top of the pipe. Teams cannot tip the pipe upside down. The bucket of water cannot be moved, the only way to transport the water is through the cups provided.

TUG OF WAR
Tug of War is a long standing favorite team building exercise. A real sense of teamwork is created as young and old, big or small, work together as a team to come up as the victor in this battle of strength.
PIPE LINE
Pipe line game is a remarkably active and immensely enjoyable activity. Teams need to transport a marble from start to finish line, but they only have enough supplies to cover part of the distance! Completing the challenge in time will require strong leadership, effective communication, collaboration and from the team. The marble needs to be rolled without it falling to the ground. If the marble hits the ground at any point, they have to start again!
PLANK RACE
A wonderful team game that requires lots of teamwork and communication. The team members need to work as one to complete the race. Three to four team members stand on two wooden planks with their feet tied to the plank. They then comminicate to walk on step at a time and moving each plank one step forward.
